Director Paul Feig and his wife, Laurie, have listed their Lenox Hill condo in New York City for $2.99 million.

The one-bedroom unit at 40 E. 61st Street sits on the 12th floor of a prewar art deco condominium between Madison and Park avenues, a block from Central Park.

It measures just under 1,000 square feet and comes with an approximately 400-square-foot private terrace. Carl Gambino and Hayley Venn of Gambino Group at Compass hold the listing.

Feig, known for directing "Bridesmaids," "Spy," and "The Housemaid"—and for creating "Freaks and Geeks"—told Architectural Digest in 2018 that the apartment won him over immediately.

"When I walked into that apartment, my jaw hit the ground," he told the publication.

The previous owners had just finished a gut renovation led by designer Heidi James of Studio LXIV, and they had spent only about three days there in total before listing it.

Feig liked the result so much that he negotiated to buy the home along with nearly everything in it, from furniture and curtains to books and plates. The couple later learned the big pink living room sofa was a French antique, which James had reupholstered in a pink Stark fabric.

The terrace was another draw for the couple, who had spent years searching for outdoor space in Manhattan. It’s landscaped and runs the length of the apartment.

Inside, the home leans into patterned design. The foyer has checkered tile floors, textured Elizabeth Dow wallpaper, and coffered ceilings run throughout.

The living room features custom millwork, a built-in banquette from Fallou Workroom and framed green chinoiserie wallpaper by Gracie Studio. That molding frame left the Feigs, who collect art, without wall space to hang their own paintings, he told AD.

The primary bedroom looks onto the terrace and is finished with Lee Jofa wallpaper and Stark velvet curtains. It’s joined by a closet-lined dressing room, a separate large closet and a marble en suite bathroom with dual sinks and radiant-heated floors.

A second room, used as an office, can serve as a second bedroom, and the home has 1.5 bathrooms.

The building began in the late 1920s as the LeRoy Hospital, a private facility where Christina Onassis was born, and patients included Judy Garland and Nat King Cole. It was later converted into 36 condominiums. Residents have 24-hour door attendants and a live-in super.
