Listed for an eye-watering $65 million, the five-bedroom unit crowns the week’s most expensive homes list on Realtor.com®, both in price—and in literal height.

The palatial pad in Manhattan‘s Sutton Tower boasts 360-degree views of the city’s top landmarks, spanning the Empire State Building to Central Park.

Lavish highlights include 15-foot ceilings, a kitchen with custom Italian finishes, and a dramatic staircase that leads up to four en suite bedrooms, a media room, and sitting room. A double-height loggia has southern exposure and breathtaking views.

Other pricey properties this week include a multiresidence desert compound in Arizona, a waterfront estate in Hawaii, and a French-inspired chateau in Colorado.
