A rare estate in Arizona's highly sought-after Paradise Valley is living proof that you should never judge a book by its cover—as it conceals a party-ready oasis behind an elegant and immaculately landscaped exterior.

From the street, the expansive property, might not register with passersby save for its lush 4-acre parcel that is filled with flowers, palm trees, and emerald green lawns.

Framed by Camelback Mountain, the dwelling—which is now on the market for $21.9 million—looks much like the other picturesque estates dotting the prestigious community.

Yet, a closer look at the dwelling's listing description and images reveals a very different story, lifting the lid on a world of wacky and special amenities that certainly cannot be found in the average abode.

Known as Casa de Niños, the estate is a tale of two homes, marrying high-class amenities like "serene ponds and waterfalls" with a veritable cornucopia of fun-filled features, including a 10-car man cave, multiple bars, and a barbecue area equipped with six TV screens.

Other desirable amenities include the spaciousness—both outside, on the 4-acre lot, and inside the 13,000-square-foot Santa Barbara-style home, which features soaring ceilings and decadent design.

It is "one of the most unusual estates in Paradise Valley—not only for its acreage, but also for the artistry you find throughout the home and grounds," explains listing agent Joan Levinson.

Privacy is paramount at Casa de Niños, with a gated entrance, block walls, and mature greenery that form a natural layer of protection around the estate.

And while its proximity to the Sanctuary Resort and the Ritz-Carlton keeps residents connected to the best of Paradise Valley, inside the walls, the world moves at a slower pace.

Three koi ponds, linked by streams, dot the landscape, while mature shade trees and curated plantings frame views of Camelback Mountain.

The unique palette of white stucco and handmade abode bricks stands out at the main residence, which Levinson describes as "unusual," particularly for the local area.

“One of the more unusual aspects of this home is the off-red handmade adobe brick accents around the outside of the windows and doors," she notes.

Unique ceilings, walls of windows, and light-filled spaces carry this sense of craftsmanship throughout the six-bedroom home’s interior.

That sense of style extends to the other properties on the estate, which include two apartments and a guesthouse, bringing the total number of bedrooms to nine and total bathrooms to 16 bathrooms.

With so much space for guests, it seems unimaginable that there could be any more areas left to entertain them. Yet, with a total of 17,000 square feet at their disposal, the designers have created an endless array of rooms where visitors can be wined, dined, and amused.

First, inside the main house, there is a glass-walled game room, complete with an oversized wet bar, which flows seamlessly into the family room.

“You can serve the bar from both spaces,” Levinson says.

Meanwhile, the kitchen, clad in gleaming white onyx, features a 10-burner stove and enough space to rival that of most restaurants.

The primary suite offers dual closets, a sitting room, and spa amenities. Technology has not been overlooked either, and the entire estate has been wired as a smart home.

Step outside and the fun continues with a tennis court and newly renovated pool that stretches nearly 70 feet long and 30 feet wide. It features a swim-up bar that connects to an outdoor ramada.

The ramada itself boasts another bar as well as charcoal and gas barbecues—and it has been outfitted with six TV screens, making it the ideal place to kick back on Sundays and watch football games.

Around 8,000 square feet of patios provide endless space for entertaining, while the extraordinary man cave features enough space for 10 cars, as well as—you guessed it!—another bar and additional game room amenities like a pool table or foosball.

In total, the home boasts enough garage space for a staggering 16 vehicles, offering elevator-style storage in one space that can stack cars one on top of the other.

But for Levinson, what makes the property stand out isn’t just its size, but the way it blends privacy with design.

“Most properties here are on 1 acre,” she explains. “To find a 4-acre estate like this in Paradise Valley is quite rare.”
