Florida’s Luxury Housing Market Is Hotter Than Ever as State’s Pricey Megamansions Dominate the Week’s Most Expensive List
Florida‘s luxury housing market is enjoying another very hot week, with multiple multimillion-dollar homes making their mark on the week’s most expensive homes list.
Last week, five extravagant Florida estates with over-the-top amenities, lavish layouts, and sky-high prices appeared in the top 10 most expensive listings.
This week, the Sunshine State secured an astonishing seven of the week’s top 10 spots. Spanning President-elect Donald Trump‘s Palm Beach territory to the Northeast-transplant hot spot of Naples on the Gulf side, Florida is ruling the rankings.
The market has gained more traction as more Americans have made the decision to head south (albeit at a mainly lower price range).
As for the priciest listing: It’s a 200-acre equestrian ranch with a $45 million price tag in Aspen, CO, making it the week’s most expensive home on Realtor.com®.
Other pricey properties this week include a sprawling Manhattan penthouse and a newly built mountain retreat in Wyoming.
Scroll on to explore this week’s 10 most expensive estates.
