HGTV icon Leslie Davis has announced that she is engaged to her fellow network star Don Reidy, less than three years after the pair met while filming the hit show "Rock the Block."

The 42-year-old "Unsellable Houses" star took to Instagram to share the news of Reidy's "surprise" proposal during a trip to Leavenworth, WA, with her three sons from her previous marriage.

Davis went on to credit "Rock the Block" for bringing the happy couple together after they met during Season 5 of the hit show, which was filmed in Treasure Island, FL, in 2023, and on which Reidy served as the dedicated carpenter for her home build.

"SURPRISE! Don popped the question during a snowy Leavenworth snowmobile ride, joined by all three of my boys, which made it even more perfect. Turns out 'Rock the Block' gave me a win in more than one way," Davis revealed via an Instagram post shared on Jan. 14.

"Somewhere between sunup-to-sundown chaos and lots of laughs, I found my person. Don, you are my safe place, my teammate, and my favorite adventure buddy.

“What started as a friendship during one of the wildest experiences of my life turned into true love. We were in it together then ... and now we’re in it together forever," she added alongside a series of snaps of the duo.

The lovebirds met in 2024 when Davis and her twin sister, Lyndsay Lamb, teamed up for Season 5 of the "Rock the Block" renovation challenge.

Reidy was seemingly working behind the scenes of the TV series when they met, with Davis telling People that he was one of the key members of the team who helped to bring their winning vision to life.

"He was our specialty carpenter. He worked on mine and Lyndsay's home exclusively for the entire project, helping us make all of our custom woodwork items," she recalled.

During that six-week shoot, Davis and Reidy formed a close friendship that eventually evolved into a romance, which the HGTV host admits was "completely unexpected."

"We built a great friendship," she told People. "But, somehow as the months passed after the show ended, we became closer and closer, talking nonstop on the phone and then fell in love."

The couple initially pursued a long-distance relationship, with Davis residing in Washington, while Reidy was located in Colorado. However, when they realized how special their romance was, the latter relocated to be with his partner, who runs Lamb & Co. Real Estate out of Snohomish, WA, alongside her sister.

Lamb was one of the first to congratulate her twin on her engagement, sharing a heartfelt comment in which she expressed her delight that Davis has found such a wonderful partner.

“What started as a friendship during one of the wildest experiences of my life turned into true love. We were in it together then… and now we’re in it together forever," she added alongside a series of snaps of the duo. (Instagram)

“This is a Twin-win for the books. Seeing my sister this happy fills my heart beyond words. Leslie, you deserve this kind of joy. So excited for this next chapter for these two, and grateful I got to be there when their story began at 'Rock the Block!'" she wrote.

Other fans flooded the comments section to express their joy at seeing the HGTV star find love.

"You look so happy, friend! You deserve nothing less! Congratulations!" fellow HGTV icon Jenny Marrs said.

However, others were confused by the news, admitting that they were under the impression Davis was still married to her first husband, Jacob Davis, whom she met in high school.

Although she has shared limited details about their wedding or relationship, Davis revealed in a 2021 blog post that she and Jacob had been married for 19 years.

Davis and her first spouse share three sons—Kyler, Cash, and Cole—and have never publicly addressed a split. Jacob has largely shied away from the spotlight even as his ex-wife pursued HGTV fame.

“I’m so confused I thought you both were married already. When did you get divorced? Doesn’t matter at this point, congratulations on your new love," one person commented on Davis' engagement post.

"When did you get divorced?" another person questioned, before adding: "Congratulations, as long as you are happy."

"Did I miss something? I thought you were married for many years. It looks like you are thrilled so very happy for you," a third chimed in.
