Heather El Moussa Shares a Glimpse Inside $5.2 Million Newport Beach Home as She Enjoys ‘Girls’ Night’ With Christina Haack
HGTV star Heather Rae El Moussa has given fans a glimpse inside her and husband Tarek El Moussa's sprawling new Newport Beach, CA, mansion while sharing some candid photos from a fun-filled "girls' night" with her "Flip Off" co-star Christina Haack.
Heather, 38, who wed Tarek, 44, in 2021, three years after his split from Christina, 42, welcomed her spouse's former partner into their new $5.2 million abode for an evening of vision boarding and wine drinking.
In a series of photos taken during the course of the night, Heather revealed a look inside the home that she and Tarek purchased in June 2025, when they moved out of their nearby abode—which is now on the rental market—in favor of a more suitable family dwelling.
One photo showed Heather preparing for the evening by decorating the home with bright pink flowers, while a chic fireplace and large TV could be seen in the background.
Another image showed the delicious array of meats, cheeses, and fruits set up on the boards.

In the latest sign of their close bond, Heather revealed that she was serving her guests Christina's champagne brand, Clé Cachée, which sat on the star's large white marble island along with the food.
Heather then shared a photo of her pals snacking on the bites before they got to work on making their vision boards.
Haack boasted her vision board in one snap alongside the caption, "Lots of talking vision, not as much gluing it down. To be continued ..."
In June, Heather and Tarek proudly unveiled their dwelling in a video shared to Instagram, in which they hailed their home investment as the start of a "new chapter," adding that they are "so excited" to bring fans along as they overhaul the already-opulent abode.
In the video, which garnered more than 34,000 likes in less than 24 hours, they announced their plans to add some "El Moussa design flair" to the house after moving in.
"We have some news. ... We’re moving!!! We are so excited for this new chapter and new adventure for our family. We can’t wait to make this house a home and add our El Moussa design flair and show you guys some of the process," the couple captioned the video.
Walking followers through the front door of the home, the couple revealed the expansive interior of the modern mansion, which records indicate they officially closed on in February. The couple revealed an array of open space that they can now make their own.

Former "Selling Sunset" star Heather then revealed that she was putting her interior design skills to use in their new home as she gawked over several swatches of fabric.
The modern home boasts an open floor plan and a chef's kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances and wood cabinetry that perfectly matches the chic flooring.
In addition to a sophisticated wooden aesthetic, the interior of the property also features elegant swipes of black molding—while its four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms mean there is ample room for the duo to expand their family.
What's more, the property is located just a four-minute drive from the home owned by Christina, with whom Tarek shares two children, daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, which likely means he will be able to spend more time with the kids than ever before.
After purchasing their new dwelling, Heather and Tarek promptly listed their former abode on the rental market, initially offering it up for $25,000 a month, before increasing that price to $30,000.
It may well be that the duo is attempting to capitalize on Orange County's increasing popularity among wealthy house hunters, with Realtor.com® data revealing that the median listing price had surged by more than 70% between October 2016 and October 2025.
The couple spoke about their listed house during a recent installment of Celebrity Sanctuary, detailing how they set about transforming the stark white interior to give it more personality and sex appeal.
"When we first got our beach house, it was a very white house, like everything was white, and we wanted to sexy it up a little bit, darken it up a little bit.
"So we kept the white aesthetic, but we added a lot of pops of dark gray and black. So the end theme was champagnes, whites, grays, and blacks, and it came out beautiful."
Described in its listing as a "dream home on one of the most coveted streets in Orange County," the property is just a stone's throw from the nearest beach and offers plenty of impressive water views from its ultramodern rooftop deck.

"Crowning the home is the spectacular rooftop deck, designed for both relaxation and entertainment," the listing crows. "Enjoy ocean views from the hot tub or relax in one of the two separate seating areas, one [of which] has a firepit.
"An enclosed rooftop studio enhances the space with a TV, fridge, microwave, and a reclining couch, creating a cozy, all-season retreat."
Speaking to Realtor.com, Heather explained that the rooftop quickly became her favorite part of the property, revealing: "At our beach house, I love the rooftop. There are two fireplaces on the rooftop with a sitting area. We completely redesigned and rebuilt the whole thing."
However, for those who prefer cozying up in front of a fire or enjoying a casual meal with friends in the kitchen, the home offers plenty of opportunity for both.
Spread across 2,900 square feet, the dwelling features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, as well as an "open-concept kitchen," a large sunlit living room, and an additional patio, which comes complete with another firepit.
The kitchen features a large island capable of seating four people, making it ideal for relaxed dining, alongside high-end appliances like a six-burner Wolf range and a built-in refrigerator.
The couple is currently offering their beach house as a fully furnished rental, with a minimum lease requirement of 30 days. According to the listing, the $30,000-a-month asking price may vary depending on the length of lease and the season.
While the home offers ample amenities—as well as an HGTV-worthy interior—Tarek and Heather previously confessed that their family had outgrown the property, explaining that they wanted to find a new abode that would offer a more sizable outdoor area for their kids.
The couple, who share son Tristan, 2, as well as Tarek's two children from his marriage to Haack, noted that while their beach house is perfect for those looking to get away, it no longer provided them with what they needed in a full-time home.
"There wasn't a yard or pool, so honestly, it was for the kids," they said of their decision to buy a new abode further from the beach. "We wanted some more space, and we wanted to be by the park because the kids are No. 1, and we want to make sure they're happy."
As it turns out, the perfect opportunity to snap up a property with ample outdoor space came quite by chance, when Tarek was "randomly driving by" his wife and son's favorite park and happened upon a "for sale" sign.
"At the time, we felt the price was a little bit too high, so we followed it and then they reduced it a couple of weeks before Christmas, and then us, knowing that during the holidays things are slow, 10 days before Christmas, we wrote a low offer, and we ended up getting accepted," he recalled.
"So we ended up buying the house well under asking, and the cool thing was they actually had a backup offer, all cash, $300,000 higher that came in a few days after we bought it, and that's why the time of the year that you go to buy real estate can be very important."
