Former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo has revealed that she is pregnant with her first child with husband Christian McCaffrey—just five months after they purchased a new $14.5 million “forever home” where they can settle down with their growing family.

Culpo, 32, and McCaffrey, 28, a former running back for the San Francisco 49ers, announced the joyous news about their “next chapter” in a heartfelt Instagram post on March 10, sharing images of the model cradling her baby bump.

“Next chapter, motherhood,” Culpo wrote in the post, which was quickly inundated with congratulatory messages from her followers.

Culpo also posted several pregnancy snaps on her Instagram Stories, including one of her growing bump.

“Excited to officially bump around because this thing is getting really big,” she wrote in the caption.

She also gushed about her spouse, noting that he “will be the best dad.”

Pregnancy rumors began swirling after Culpo shared a seemingly innocent photo of herself and McCaffrey in which eagle-eyed followers noted that the former NFL star was resting his hand on his wife’s stomach, leading to furious speculation that she was expecting.

The news of their growing family comes just five months after the husband and wife purchased their dream home, a $14.5 million Fryman Canyon, CA, dwelling that was previously owned by actor George Clooney.

The opulent six-bedroom, six-bathroom abode sprawls across 7,354 square feet.

The private oasis is tucked behind a slew of trees and features a stunning main house, two guest villas, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a resort-style swimming pool.

Inside, the home boasts a library, screen room, and wine wall.

Culpo and McCaffrey purchased the home from Clooney, 63, who owned it for nearly 30 years, having bought it from Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks for $2.2 million in 1995.

One month after splashing out a staggering sum on the property, Culpo gushed about it on Instagram.

“Now onto my next project, the most exciting one of all. Our forever home. So much original character to protect in this home, it’s going to be such a special project,” she said.

The couple’s purchase came four months after they tied the knot in a lavish Rhode Island ceremony attended by their close friends and family.

At the time, Culpo told People magazine, “I loved every part of my wedding. I love my husband and the people we got to celebrate that day with.”

Three months before they said “I do,” Culpo revealed she was ready to start expanding her family, joking that she was going to “rip out [her] IUD” and “start trying immediately” after the wedding.

The former Miss Universe also holds the keys to a $3.5 million property in Encino, CA, which she purchased in 2019 and which served as her and McCaffrey’s main residence during the NFL offseason.

In 2021, she told Architectural Digest she purchased the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom property to get away from the “noise” of Hollywood.

“I realized I really wanted something that felt more calming, like a sanctuary almost. A respite from the city,” she said at the time.

McCaffrey previously owned a North Carolina mansion, which he sold in 2024 for $12.5 million, and a Charlotte, NC, condo, which he let go of in 2024 for $3 million.

In recent months, Culpo has confessed that the couple keep their romance alive during her spouse’s busy season by “prioritizing date nights at least twice a month.”

“During the season, it can be a little more difficult. Just prioritizing one-on-one time,” she told E! News in September.
