Raptors Guard Dennis Schroder Wants a Tenant For His Terrific Tarzana, CA, Estate

Toronto Raptors point guard Dennis Schröder is seeking a renter for his home in Tarzana, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles.

If you have the means to pay $40,000 per month in rent, his slam dunk of a home might be just the ticket.

Built in 2017, Schroder’s contemporary-style abode features eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and nearly 7,000 square feet.

Open layout

There’s plenty of space to relax and entertain in this high-end abode. The home’s open layout includes a spacious living room with recessed lighting, surround sound, and Fleetwood patio doors to the backyard. 

There’s also a dining area with a modern chandelier and a wall of windows. A double-sided fireplace is the main level’s pièce de résistance.

Meanwhile, the chef’s kitchen includes a walk-in pantry, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and custom tile work. There’s also a waterfall-style center island and an oversized countertop.

Schröder, 30, was drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in 2013 and played for them until the 2018 season. Since then, he’s bounced all over the NBA, logging minutes for the Oklahoma City Thunder, Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, and Houston Rockets. In July, he inked a two-year deal to head north of the border and play for the Raptors.
