YouTube Star Kris Krohn Lists Mind-Blowing $14 Million Utah Mansion With a Pool That Transforms Into a Ballroom

Real estate investor and YouTube star Kris Krohn is looking to part ways with his jaw-dropping 28,446-square-foot Utah compound featuring an indoor pool built on a hydraulic floor system.

Listed for an eye-popping $13,950,000, the six-bedroom megamansion, located in Woodland Hills, was commissioned by the social media influencer in 2017.

"The room everyone talks about is the indoor pool," says listing agent Paul Benson of Engel & Völkers Park City.

"The floor is hydraulic. Lower it and you have a pool. Raise it and the same room becomes a ballroom with no columns, ready for a seated dinner or a wedding reception. The idea came from the O Theater at the Bellagio, and I have never seen it in a private home."

"The one exception I can see is a buyer from out of state who wants a base in Utah that is big enough to bring everyone together several times a year."

Benson believes the next buyer will be "someone who has built a business and wants everything in one place."

"My guess is an entrepreneur or founder who already lives in Utah, most likely with a company in Utah County or Silicon Slopes, who works from home, trains every day, collects cars, and loves to host," he adds.

"That person would normally need an office, a gym, an event venue, and a separate building for the cars. Here it is all under one roof, behind a gate. Either way, it will be someone who likes to bring people together, because that is what this home was built for."
