“Shahs of Sunset” star Lilly Ghalichi is seeking a buyer for the extravagant Los Angeles mansion she bought from comedian Kathy Griffin just three years ago.

Ghalichi snapped up the Mediterranean-style home for $14 million in 2020 and has now relisted it for $17,250,000. So if a buyer is willing to pay that price tag, Ghalichi will profit nicely.

The eight-bedroom, 12-bathroom home boasts more than 13,000 square feet, spread over three levels. The 20-year-old mansion is situated in Bel-Air Crest, one of L.A.’s most desirable gated communities.
