Comedian Roseanne Barr is laughing all the way to the bank after offloading her longtime Hawaii ranch for $650,000 over her $1.95 million asking price—securing a buyer within days of listing the 46-acre property.

Barr, 72, originally purchased the sprawling Honokaa macadamia nut farm for $1.78 million in 2007, and it served as the backdrop for her 2011 reality series, "Roseanne's Nuts," which documented her attempts to farm the land, alongside her partner, Johnny Argent, and her son, Jake Pentland.

While the series lasted only one season, the "Roseanne" star held on to the estate for many more years, using it as her primary residence, where she retreated in 2018 after her show was canceled by ABC over a series of racist tweets that Barr had posted.

However, she has since relocated to Texas, where she is living with Pentland, his wife, and their two daughters, her son revealed earlier this year, telling Us Weekly that his mother is "the best grandma" to his kids.

"We have 30 acres and live up in what they call ‘Hill Country,’" he told the outlet. "Roseanne also drives the tractor often, which allows her to mow the lawn. She drives around. She occasionally runs into trees, but just keeps the yard up."

Her relocation to the Lone Star State prompted Barr to finally part ways with the coastal retreat that she had called home for so long—with listing agent Paul Stukin, of Deep Blue HI, revealing to Robb Report that they received a frenzy of interest from buyers around the globe.

“We sold the property for $650,000 over asking, attracting buyers from five states, the Neighbor Islands, and three European countries. It’s a clear reflection of the strong demand for unique Hawaii properties," he explained.

In August, Barr told Robb Report that her connection to Hawaii will always be there, but noted that she feels too old to care for such a large parcel of farmland herself.

“Hawaii will always hold a special place in my heart, but I’m getting too old to do as much as I used to. The land deserves someone with the spirit and energy to care for it the way it should be," she said.

"I had always traveled yearly with my family to Hawaii—it was an essential summer getaway."

When she purchased the home nearly two decades ago, she revealed that she wanted to build a self-sufficient home, cultivate the land, and give back to the local community.

At the heart of that land sits a 2,716-square-foot residence, which is surrounded by more than 4,000 macadamia trees and offers panoramic views of the ocean from its perch on the Hamakua Coast.

The exterior boasts a pool with a waterslide, a pool house, an art studio, a greenhouse, and a bamboo-enclosed outdoor shower and soaking tub.

Outdoors, there is also a garage and workshop.

Upon entering the home, guests are greeted with an open floor plan that accentuates the expansive living area, with double French doors that allow natural light to flood the space.
