The house in Parkman “is a remarkable and unusual property, as it is built similar to a yurt with its circular design,” says listing agent Dolly Perkins, of Realty of Maine – Dover Foxcroft. “It has a lot of really, really interesting details. A wall in the living room also features a glass-bottle design, which filters in light and creates an illuminated appearance.

“There are all kinds of really cool natural features that you aren’t going to see everywhere,” Perkins says. “For example, there is a countertop that has a live-edge piece of wood that has been varnished.”

“The home is located on a road with easy access to recreation trails,” Perkins notes. “I think the next buyer will certainly be someone who appreciates the outdoors.
