Meghan Trainor Lists $18 Million Encino Mansion Formerly Owned by Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner
Meghan Trainor is saying goodbye to her sprawling Encino, CA, mansion, and has listed it for $17,995,000.
Although the manse is only 6 years old, it's already been home to a number of celebrity residents.
The “All About That Bass” singer and her husband, “Spy Kids” actor Daryl Sabara, purchased the abode in 2024 for $17,125,000. Previously, the dwelling belonged to music producer Zedd, who had listed the home for just under $19 million in January of that year.
The “Clarity” producer snapped up the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom property for $15.2 million in September 2021 from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner.
The Jonas Brothers rocker and “Game of Thrones” star were the original owners, having bought the home for $14.1 million when it was built in 2019.

Spanning about 14,779 square feet, the home was designed by "distinguished” architect Jae Omar and sits on a near-acre of land in the exclusive Royal Oaks enclave.
A lavish two-story entrance creates an “incredible indoor/outdoor feel,” according to the listing, which notes that the compound is “for the most discerning buyer.”
With an impressive scale and an open-concept flow, the home is well-suited for hosting large gatherings as well as intimate dinners.
A generously sized great room with wall-to-wall sliding doors opens the home to an idyllic courtyard, while a built-in bar and a soothing fireplace keep things cozy.
The chef's kitchen has a sleek aesthetic, with modern cabinetry and countertops and a picture-frame window located above one of the two sinks. It’s also equipped with Miele appliances and a discreet refrigerator.

An oversized island seats seven, creating a perfect spot for families to spend quality time together.
There’s even a separate catering kitchen for more involved occasions.
Young children—like Trainor and Sabara’s three little ones, Riley Thomas, Barry Bruce, and Mikey Moon—could never be bored here. A one-of-a-kind playroom boasts a foam pit, slide, art station, and hidden reading nook. In fact, the entire home caters to readers, with floor-to-ceiling bookcases found throughout.
The property also includes an office space, a professional music studio with a vocal booth, and a fitness center with a steam shower.
The second floor includes yet another family room and five en suite bedrooms.

In its own wing, the primary suite has a sitting area, wet bar, and multiple patios. The spalike bathroom is impossibly luxurious, with an oversized walk-in shower and a soaking tub.
According to the listing, the primary suite’s two walk-in closets are “reminiscent of a luxury boutique.”
The backyard is yet another destination for a young family to enjoy, with “park-like” grounds that can be used for lounging, entertaining, and play.
Outdoor amenities include a kitchen and barbecue, a putting green, a fire pit, and a projection screen. “Enchanting” lighting and a robust sound system add to the magic.
The sparkling pool has a spa and runs alongside a separate guest structure that has a pub with a billiard room and fish tank. On the second floor is a fully decked-out screening room.
The property comes with a four-car garage, a security room with high-tech cameras throughout, and a Control4 smart home system.
This is the second Encino property Trainor has had on the market this year.
In April, she sold a $6.8 million property in the affluent neighborhood, hours before announcing she had canceled “The Get In Girl Tour” to prioritize time at home with her family.
The seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom dwelling was listed for $11.99 million in June 2024, with the price steadily decreasing over the following 21 months before falling to $6.99 million in March 2026.
Trainor and Sabara purchased the home in 2020 for $6.5 million and completed a full renovation, including a recording studio.
