"Summer House" star Ciara Miller has crossed off a significant personal milestone—by purchasing her very first home. But the Bravo icon didn't just snap up any old abode, she opted to buy a dwelling that has a great deal of emotional significance to her family.

Miller, 30, shared the news in the latest episode of "Summer House," which is currently airing its 10th season, telling her fellow castmembers, including her former partner, West Wilson, that she had recently closed on a North Carolina property where her grandparents once lived.

Luckily, the former ICU nurse didn't have to engage in a frantic bidding war, explaining that she bought the property from her father and his siblings in a bid to ensure it can "stay in my family's name forever."

During the March 31 episode of the show, Miller explained that she had learned from her dad that he and his siblings were planning to list the home for sale and knew instantly that she wanted to buy it.

"I knew my grandparents’ house was going to be up for sale, and so, I’ve been prepping to do this for the past year," she said. "I want it to stay in my family’s name forever."

Though Miller did not reveal the final sale price, records show that the four-bedroom, three-bathroom abode, located in Belmont, NC, was sold for $400,000 in March 2025, just a few months before the "Summer House" cast began filming Season 10.

The property, which was built in 1965 and spans just over 2,500 square feet, has never publicly been listed for sale, records show.

It seems Miller got something of a steal in the deal, with Realtor.com® estimating that it is now worth upward of $450,000.

Despite her many on-camera obligations, Miller told her co-stars that she already had big plans for the future of the home, explaining that she was preparing to travel to North Carolina in order to meet with an architect who was going to help her overhaul the dwelling.

Speaking to the show's producers in one of the series' confessional-style interviews, Miller further explained just how big of a role the property had played in her childhood, noting that, after her parents got divorced, it became the only place where she ever truly felt at home.

"Growing up, once my parents got divorced, we probably lived in like five different houses from kindergarten to high school," she shared. "My grandparents always just had that one house. My grandfather built this house. It’s where my dad and his siblings grew up.

"The holidays were spent there ... this is definitely the house that raised me."

Miller noted that she was all the more excited about her property purchase because it signifies a major achievement in her own life—namely that she was able to save the money required to buy the home, before then dealing with all of the administrative work that goes into closing.

"It’s just really special, and I can’t believe I have … saved my money, and been responsible enough, and also paid my taxes, [and] that I can buy this house, and it belongs and remains in our family," she went on.

"It’s just a way of me honoring all my grandparents’ hard work, and the sacrifice that they went through to even have a home, and build a home for their family, and I hope to be able to have that with my family one day."

Miller is not thought to be planning a full-time relocation to North Carolina, having largely been based out of New York City in recent years, residing in a stunning Manhattan apartment that she leases for $12,000 a month, according to the New York Post.

The outlet reports that the reality star's unit is located in a luxury high-rise on the Lower East Side, where it offers stunning views over the river.

After Bravo shared a clip on Instagram of Miller revealing the news to her castmates, the "Summer House" star was flooded with congratulatory messages—including from some who called for the network to give her an HGTV-style series documenting her renovation of the property.

"We need a home makeover show about Ciara redoing her grandmother’s home," one person wrote, as another said: "@hgtv let’s get this girl a show remodeling her grandmothers home!!!! Can promise we’d all watch!"

"@bravotv you know what to do next. give us the home renovation show we’re asking for," said someone else.

"It’s no longer 'Summer House,' it’s 'Ciara’s House,'" a fourth person commented.

Meanwhile, former "Summer House" star Paige DeSorbo left a joking comment via her cat, Daphne's Instagram account, writing: "So proud! Can’t wait to scratch up the floors!"

However, many of the comments also called attention to the somewhat odd reaction Wilson displayed in the clip when Miller shared her news—with several people suggesting that his apparent discomfort was a foreshadowing of his recent revelation that he is now dating Miller's close friend and co-star, Amanda Batula.

"West's body language....he looks paranoid as hell but congratulations to Ciara!" one said.

While filming on the series came to an end in September 2025, the show has come under fresh scrutiny after Batula, 34, and Wilson, 28, finally confirmed that they are in a relationship, issuing a statement in which they said the romance was "the last thing" either of them had expected.

While Batula and Wilson did not mention their respective exes, Kyle Cooke and Miller, they acknowledged that the announcement was mired by "complicated relationship dynamics."

"We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity," they wrote on their Instagram Stories. "It was never our intention to purposely hide anything.

"Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it."

They added: "As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling. We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless."

Rumors of a romance have dogged the duo for months, with both of them denying any speculation that a relationship was blossoming between them. Their eventual confirmation that they are in fact dating is said to have sparked upset from their castmates—not least their former partners.

While Wilson and Miller's relationship came to an end in December 2023, months after they wrapped filming on Season 8 of the show, Batula and Cooke only announced the end of their marriage in January. The estranged spouses are still together in the episodes that are currently airing, many of which focus on their tumultuous marriage.

"After much reflection, we have mutually and amicably decided to part ways as a couple," they said in a statement shared at the time. "We share this with a heavy heart and kindly ask for your grace and support while we focus on our personal growth and healing."

While the "Summer House" cameras are not currently rolling, Deadline reports that the cast is due to come back together in mid-April to film the season's reunion, with all of the Season 10 stars expected to take part.

It's unclear whether the revelation about Batula and Wilson's romance will impact any of the stars' participation, however.
