Donald Trump Jr. Is Engaged to Bettina Anderson After Just 1 Year—but President’s Son Still Owns $9.7 Million Mansion With Ex Kimberly Guilfoyle
President Donald Trump's eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., is engaged to his socialite girlfriend, Bettina Anderson, less than a year after it was revealed that he had split from his former fiancée, Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Speaking at a Christmas reception held at the White House on Dec. 15, the president shared the happy news with his guests, with a video taken at the event showing him embracing his son, who then took to the podium to share his excitement over his engagement.
"I'm at a loss for words," the 47-year-old began. "I want to wish all of you guys an incredible holiday season, Merry Christmas, a very happy New Year and to thank Bettina for that one word: ‘Yes.' That’s a big win for the end of the year."
He then handed over the microphone to his fiancée, who thanked her future father-in-law and his wife, Melania Trump, for their hospitality, before describing Trump Jr. as the "love of my life."
"Mr. President, thank you so much for hosting this incredible party and to our First Lady, these decorations, am I right? They are unbelievable," she gushed.

"This has really been the most unforgettable weekend of my life, and I get to marry the love of my life, and I feel like the luckiest girl in the world.”
Trump Jr.—who was previously married to Vanessa Trump before his relationship with Guilfoyle—and Anderson first sparked rumors of a romance in December 2024 when they were photographed holding hands during an outing in Palm Beach, FL.
At the time, the president's son was still understood to have been engaged to Guilfoyle, with whom he had been living in a mansion in nearby Jupiter, FL, for nearly four years.
However, soon after those images were published, it was revealed that Guilfoyle had been nominated by her former future father-in-law to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to Greece, a role that she officially took up earlier this year, when she was sworn in during a ceremony in Athens, where she is now living.
Sources then claimed to the New York Post that he and Guilfoyle had officially split, and were separated when he moved on with his new love interest.
"Bettina and Don have been together for a few months, and are super cute and happy together. It’s just a natural fit—everyone is happy for them," the insider claimed.
In a statement given to Page Six about his split from Guilfoyle, Trump Jr. said that the two maintained a "special bond," adding that they will "never stop caring for each other."

He was also quick to congratulate his ex partner when she was nominated to the U.S. Ambassador role by his father, writing on social media: "I am so proud of Kimberly. She loves America and she always has wanted to serve the country as an Ambassador. She will be an amazing leader for America First."
Guilfoyle officially relocated to Athens in November, when she made clear that she had moved on from her former fiancé, telling Greek President Konstantinos Tasoulas that she was already on the lookout for a "new husband."
Interestingly, however, property records show that the dwelling in Jupiter, which she and Trump Jr. purchased for $9.7 million in March 2021, is still registered to both of their names—despite her relocation and his new romance.
It remains to be seen what will become of the dwelling now that Trump Jr. has officially moved on, however reports surfaced in January that he was not actively using the property—and had instead "essentially" moved in to Anderson's townhouse in Palm Beach.
"Don Jr. is essentially living with Bettina at her townhouse," a source said. “His car is always there. Always."
Meanwhile, Guilfoyle is now residing in the official ambassadorial residence in Athens, a property that is more commonly known as Jefferson House.
The property is designed to serve both as a private dwelling and as an event space, where Guilfoyle will be able to host official functions. It includes several formal reception rooms, dining areas, and meeting spaces, all of which have been designed to blend Greek and American traditions.
Neither Trump Jr. nor Guilfoyle have indicated whether they plan to sell their Jupiter mansion, however records show that it is remains off the market at the time of writing.

The home boasts six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It sits on a plum 1.18-acre waterfront lot.
According to the original listing, the home underwent a "massive update" before it was purchased by the Trump family scion and his partner.
Located in the upscale neighborhood of Admirals Cove, the home boasts proximity to a golf course and a marina.
The property is also a 30-minute drive from the Mar-a-Lago resort, which became Trump's permanent residence after he left the White House following the 2020 election, which he lost to Joe Biden.
Many in the Trump family moved to the Sunshine State when his first presidency came to an end. Elder daughter Ivanka Trump moved to Miami, where she spent several years living in a luxury apartment with her husband, Jared Kushner, and their three children while the family renovated an enormous megamansion on Indian Creek Island.
The family has since moved into their enormous abode, which is located in the same exclusive community as Tom Brady and Jeff Bezos' homes.
Younger daughter Tiffany now resides in West Palm Beach with her husband, Michael Boulos, and their baby son, while her half-brother Eric and his wife, Lara, own a home in Jupiter just a few minutes' drive from Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle.
