Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill has listed his sprawling Florida home mere weeks after he was let go by the NFL team, having suffered a season-ending ACL injury that sidelined him just a few games into the 2025 season.

Hill, 31, put the sprawling nine-bedroom, 9.5-bathroom residence in Southwest Ranches, FL, on the market for $7.7 million on March 19, almost a month to the day after he was cut by the Dolphins, becoming a free agent for the upcoming season.

Despite his agonizing ACL injury, Hill's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, has confirmed his client's intent to play in 2026, meaning he will now seek out any team looking to add a wide receiver to their roster—and could, in theory, end up anywhere in the U.S.

"He absolutely is on track for the start of the regular season," Rosenhaus said during a recent interview with ESPN pundit Stephen A. Smith. "In talking to Tyreek, our focus is on him getting back to 100%. I spoke to his doctors recently. He's on point to be ready for the season."

Ahead of his potential move to a new team—and, perhaps, a new state—Hill appears to be ready to cut his ties to Florida, at least as far as his home is concerned.

The athlete purchased the property for $6.9 million in 2022, soon after signing with the Dolphins, having been traded to the team by the Kansas City Chiefs, with whom he began his NFL career. After the trade was completed, Hill signed a four-year contract extension worth $120 million.

He has used the property as his home base in the Sunshine State ever since, taking full advantage of its proximity to the Dolphins' home field at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, which is located just 25 minutes away.

Built in 2007, the European-style, 9,326-square-foot abode features seven beds and 7.5 baths. It features a grand motor court and a front entry with columns.

The main level includes a home gym, wood-paneled office, and an open kitchen, which is adjacent to a family room. There's also a formal living room, which, according to Hill's YouTube video, will soon be tricked out with a shark tank.

The main-floor primary suite features a luxe bathroom with a soaking tub, glass shower, and dual vanities. The suite comes with access to the pool and grounds.

Hill has apparently added his own touches to the home, including a podcast recording room, a pool room, and arcade games.

Upstairs, five bedrooms, a den, and home theater occupy the space.

The 2.28-acre grounds feature plenty of recreational fun with a putting green, a full basketball court, and a heated pool and spa.

The summer kitchen boasts a fridge, sinks, dishwasher, smokers, and grills. There's also a bar and an outdoor dining area.

The gated property also comes with a four-car garage and two guesthouses.

Hill even gushed about the sprawling pad on YouTube, where he told fans, “This house is definitely one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed in in my life."

He previously held the keys to a different Florida pad, which he picked up for $1.3 million while he was with the Chiefs.

The property, which was built in 2004, sits on 7.74 acres and measures almost 10,000 square feet. It has five beds and 6.5 baths, a billiard room, and wet bar.

The home was first listed in April 2022 for $2.75 million. The price eventually dropped to $1.36 million and was shortly sold.

Hill was selected by the Chiefs in the fifth round of the NFL draft in 2016. The six-time Pro Bowler won the Super Bowl with the team.
