Hollywood heavyweight Mark Wahlberg has forked over $37 million to buy a newly flipped, fully furnished Florida mansion on an exclusive stretch known as "Billionaires Row."

The actor, 54, purchased the lavish retreat, which is located in the gated Stone Creek Ranch community in Delray Beach, from spec developer Aldo Stark, who christened the Italian-style dwelling Palazzo di Lago.

Stark purchased the enormous 17,800-square-foot dwelling, which is situated on a 2.7-acre lot, in January for $26 million. He then carried out a complete overhaul of the dwelling, which he swiftly relisted in March for $45 million.

Records show that Wahlberg, who was represented by Michael Costello of Compass, secured quite the deal for the home, which was sold fully furnished for $37 million. The home was listed by Senada Adžem of Douglas Elliman.

The stylish sanctuary spans 18,206 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, two powder rooms, a home theater, cigar lounge, wine cellar, gym, sauna, guesthouse, and resort-style pool.

The home, which was initially built in 2017, comes with a seven-car garage.

Stone Creek Ranch offers what the listing describes as the ultimate in "privacy, security, and exclusivity," which no doubt served as a major draw for an actor with global fame.

"Privacy, security, and exclusivity remain the primary reasons why billionaires and global icons continue to choose Stone Creek Ranch, a haven where world-class design meets complete discretion," it read.

Meanwhile, Palazzo di Lago was described as an "architectural masterpiece and a rarefied offering that embodies the pinnacle of luxury living in South Florida.

"This Italian contemporary estate is one of the most distinguished and impeccably executed residential compounds in the United States," it added. "Inspired by the tranquil glamour of Lake Como and infused with the seductive allure of Bond’s Casino Royale, this Italian contemporary masterpiece is an ode to elegance, privacy, and security."

Wahlberg—a self-confessed fitness fanatic—was undoubtedly bowled over by the home's wellness wing, which features "a fully equipped gym, sauna, and massage room, and effortlessly opens out to a private tennis court and a saltwater lagoon pool that holds 170,000 gallons of cascading, crystal-clear water."

Luxurious finishes and fixtures can be found in every room of the home, including "exquisite crystal chandeliers" that were custom-designed to cast an "ethereal glow" throughout the dwelling.

One of the more unique amenities in the home is its hidden cigar lounge, which boasts an advanced air-purification system.

There is a separate guesthouse ideal for use by staff or visiting family and friends.

Wahlberg's new property purchase comes just a few months after he made an incredibly lucrative sale—offloading his illustrious Beverly Hills estate to fellow celebrity Paris Hilton, who splashed out $63.1 million for the property.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the heiress turned businesswoman, 44, is the proud new owner of the astonishing abode, which boasts 12 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms. The 6-acre spread is part of the gated community of Beverly Park.

Hilton, who shares son Phoenix and daughter London with her husband, Carter Reum, appears to have closed on the property on June 20. Records indicate that she was represented in the transaction by her brother, real estate agent Barron Hilton, and his wife, Tessa Hilton.

The abode boasts more than double the space of their leased dwelling and almost twice the land.

The couple are understood to have purchased the dwelling through an LLC, with the identity of the seller also hidden behind a limited liability company.

However, there is no mistaking one of its most prominent former owners: "The Departed" star, who commissioned famed architect Richard Landry to design the opulent abode for his family in 2014.

Wahlberg originally purchased the land on which the home now sits for the relatively low cost of $8.25 million in 2009. He resided there with his family until 2022, when he announced that he had relocated to Nevada.

Nevada is "a place where my kids can thrive and do their thing and pursue their interests," he told People, adding during an appearance on "The Talk": "To be able to give my kids a better life and follow and pursue their dreams, whether it be my daughter as an equestrian, my son as a basketball player, my younger son as a golfer—this made a lot more sense for us."

Although he conceded that he missed the weather in California, he said his kids were "thriving" in Nevada, where he purchased a property in the exclusive Summit Club community for $14.5 million in August 2022, four months after listing his Beverly Park property.

However, he opted to sell the Vegas dwelling one year later, explaining that it had been only a temporary abode for his family, for whom he was planning to build a custom mansion in their new home state. He neglected to share whether that dwelling would boast anywhere near as many opulent amenities as his Beverly Hills home.

To say the actor took full advantage of his 6-acre Beverly Park plot would be a gross understatement.

Not only does the property boast a sport court, skate park, five-hole golf course, and resort-style pool, but the main residence houses a home theater, fitness center, library, and wine and cigar cellar.

"A rare opportunity to own one of Los Angeles' most significant estates, combining modern updates with timeless grandeur, designed to rival any luxury resort experience," the listing read.

Wahlberg initially listed the mansion for $87.5 million. However, it took almost a year (and a very significant discount) to find a buyer, who ultimately picked up the palatial pad for $55 million.
