"The Traitors" star Tom Sandoval revealed that he and his ex, Ariana Madix, are selling their Los Angeles home—months after they finally reached a settlement on the property following a yearslong legal battle.

The 43-year-old "Vanderpump Rules" star briefly reflected on his relationship with the 40-year-old "Love Island" host, while confessing that they were bidding adieu to their shared California home, three years after they split following allegations that he cheated on her with their co-star, Rachel "Raquel" Leviss.

"I didn’t even think about it. I’ve moved on so much from that," Sandoval said while discussing the anniversary of "Scandoval" during an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen."

Cohen then shifted the conversation to the home he and Madix previously shared.

“The house is going on the market. [Ariana] got her clothes out," Sandoval revealed.

“Oh my God, it’s just going on the market?” Cohen asked, to which the TV star replied, "yes."

Madix ended the bitter dispute two months ago when she filed a notice of settlement in the case against Sandoval, whom she dated from 2014 until March 2023.

The legal documents, which were filed Jan. 13 with the Los Angeles Superior Court and then obtained by People, did not reveal details of the former couple's settlement but noted that the "dismissal" is contingent on the "satisfactory completion of specified terms" agreed upon between the embittered exes.

However, Madix and Sandoval were set to appear in court Feb. 5 for a final conference. If the terms of the settlement weren't reached, the case was set to go to trial on Feb. 17. Given this settlement, it's safe to assume that didn't happen.

The former couple, who appeared together on the hit Bravo show "Vanderpump Rules," have been engaged in a very public feud since 2023, when their nine-year romance came to a sudden end—when it was revealed that Sandoval had cheated on Madix with Leviss.

After their breakup, the Los Angeles home that they purchased in 2019 became a hot topic, with Madix filing a complaint against her former lover in which she asked a judge for a "partition by sale," meaning the court would sell the property and split the proceeds between the two owners.

When she filed the complaint in January 2024, she requested an "equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale.”

It included the “payment of debt secured by same and the costs of partition,” attorneys’ fees, and title expenses.

Sandoval responded to the litigation by alleging that Madix failed to "state sufficient facts to state a cause of action" against him, adding that he didn't believe a portion of the home should be given.

When the news of the lawsuit broke, Madix told People she was ready to move on, with reports at the time claiming that both she and Sandoval were continuing to reside in the five-bathroom, 5.5-bathroom property, even after their acrimonious split.

“I own the house. I felt like it was the last thing, and I’m just really motivated to be able to get my investment that I made into the house out so that I can make another investment and be able to fully move on from being tied to that.

“I want things a certain way when I think it’s the right time. So I’m ready. I want to own my home," she said.

The property features massive fireplaces, a gleaming white interior, 10-foot ceilings, and lots of natural light. The primary bedroom boasts a rustic chandelier, a vaulted ceiling, his-and-her custom closets, and a marble bathroom.

Plus, there's a spacious patio and sundeck, an infinity pool with a waterfall, and a barbecue station.

At the time of purchase, the couple revealed that they were building a "social media room" in the home for selfies and video production.

“It’s just going to be like a photo studio–type thing,” Sandoval told Home & Design magazine.

The former couple purchased the 4,400-square-foot home for $2.08 million.

In the wake of their split, both Sandoval and Madix have gone on to achieve major fame with new reality TV roles.

Sandoval continued to court controversy when he starred on the third season of the hit competition show "The Traitors," on which he was quickly seen as the villain of the star-studded cast.

Meanwhile, Madix became the host of the wildly popular dating series, "Love Island."
