Stewart Copeland, legendary drummer for The Police, is looking to rent out his rockin’ residence in Montecito, CA, for $25,000 a month.

The nearly 2,400-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath home is a Spanish-style bungalow known as “Casita De Mariposa.”

The home’s rustic beams, blond wood, and white palette blend California cool and modern farmhouse styles.

The charming hacienda is a part of a coveted local enclave in Montecito’s Lower Village area, home to A-listers such as Rob Lowe, Ellen DeGeneres, and Oprah Winfrey.

Luxury details in the living room include pretty, curved windows and a fireplace. Meanwhile, the kitchen features a deep, apron-front sink and trendy, open shelving.

There’s another fireplace in the large primary bedroom, which also has space for seating. The main bath offers two sinks and a walk-in, marble shower.

Multiuse rooms abound on the lower level and could be used for a variety of functions—think home office or workshop.

The verdant property is teeming with gardens, stately oak trees, and thick vines that climb around the patio columns. A lovely tiled pool and spa round out the dreamy lot.

Copeland, 71, has collaborated with a slew of artists and composed a number of soundtracks in the years since The Police disbanded in the mid-1980s.

While the band is usually considered a British group, Copeland himself is American-born and a founding member of The Police, along with lead singer Sting and guitarist Andy Summers.

Formed in 1977, the group sold more than 75 million records and recorded a number of smash hits, including “Roxanne,” “Every Breath You Take,” and “Message in a Bottle.” The trio broke up in 1984 but left behind an indelible legacy. The six-time Grammy-winning group was voted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
